Way Of House treat us to another stellar VA comp featuring tracks from Wielki, Delon and The Dualz. The artists churn out three huge melodic techno masterpieces.
‘Cielo’ by Delon is a more lighthearted affair, with smile-inducing chords progressions, euphoric builds and beautiful textures throughout. A wonderfully worked bassline sits at the heart of this dancefloor stomper, accompanied by punchy 4/4 kicks and shuffled percussion.
The Dualz with their track ‘A Trip To The Moon’. A progressive otherworldly number that is destined for airplay across the globe, from festivals in the sun to full moon parties and clubs alike. Drenched in lush pad work and ethereal soundscapes this track leaves you with a sense of wonder and a need for more.
Last up on the package Wielki, a rising French electronic music producer whose approach to techno is laced with atmospheric and dark undertones. ‘Talisman’ is a track which holds a certain poignancy. Various synth melodies play off each other creating overwhelming emotive properties, while thick bass leads dominate the bottom end. All this combined with stripped back percussion reveals an absolute gem of a track.
